Beautiful hotel in a great location . The Schiehallion suite was comfortable,clean ,quiet and very nicely decorated.Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The staff was polite,extremely professional and very friendly.They all had gone the extra mile to make us feel welcomed.We would like to mention Shannon and Aftab at reception/bar.Thomas,Gordon,Eugene and Richard from the bar/breakfast/restaurant and Rahul (housekeeping) Also the chef Parvin is exceptionally good making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Beautifully decorated reception. Contemporary but still retaining original features. Good sized bedroom with extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and happy to deal with any requests.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of character and a calm and cosy environment to relax in. The staff were mostly attentive and very polite. Food was enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable and had a fantastic sleep. There was only two sets of cups/glasses but had three guests in the room, however when requested extra were brought to the room. The room itself was spotless, relaxing and modern.

From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle there was a sense of peace and calm. The room was amazing larger than normal and very quiet, we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, a full Scottish Breakfast with lots of coffee, by far the best breakfast we had in Scotland.

This was a fantastic hotel with exceptional staff. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with a super comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom. The food was beautiful and breakfasts were varied and plentiful a mix of continental and cooked, great start to the day. We stayed for a special occasion and I would especially like to thank Malik, Eugene, Gordon and the rest of the staff who were all softly spoken ,professional gentlemen and made our stay all the more special.

Cooked breakfasts cost extra but were generous and beautifully prepared. Dinners were amazing quality and flavour. The Deluxe Suite was so comfortable - we loved having a separate dining/lounge area. TV was a reasonable size for a hotel. The kettle and coffee maker was used every day. Pods, bottled water, and shortbread were refreshed daily. Bathroom was massive with a lovely shower and luxurious bath products. The bedroom area was lovely with quality bedding and linens, which were made up daily. The mattress was so comfortable, and combined with the quiet location we slept soundly every night. Staff were always available when needed, reception always staffed and lots of smiles. Also, the hotel was nice and warm which meant a lot as the weather got frostier. Don't know what home fragrance they used, but the whole place smelled gorgeous. Electric car chargers on site which was ideal for us.
